Pet Application

Click here to submit a pet, a no pet, or an assistance animal profile through Pet Screening. This is a requirement whether you have pets or not. 

To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a profile even if you do not have pets. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

• Pets are subject to a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet (max of 2). A higher deposit may be required. Monthly pet fees are $75 per pet (max of 2).
• Restrictive Dog Breeds: Akitas, American Bulldogs, Belgian Malinois, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids.
• All pets and animals must be spayed/neutered and be up to date on vaccinations. 
• All pets and animals must be at least 1 year old and fully house broken. 
• Some apartments have dog size restrictions of 35 pounds maximum.
• Application may be declined if animal is not spayed/neutered, vaccinated, less than 1 year old and has a previous bite and/or damage history.
